Terms of Service

By purchasing, customers agree that they have read and understand our Policies and Toy Care and FAQ.

• Customers MUST be 18+ to order. Anyone found to be under 18 or purchasing for someone under 18 will be banned from future purchases. Customers found to be purchasing for banned customers will also be banned.
• Returns on silicone adult toys will not be accepted. Replacements or refunds will only be considered on these products if an undeclared issue is reported to us before opening the tamper-evident packaging, or a mistake was made in shipping.
• Please ensure that all payment and shipping information is correct before checking out, and that your delivery location is safe to receive packages. Darker Horse is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after shipment.
• Please inspect your toy before unbagging, to receive a refund or replacement in the event that a toy is not as described. If an issue is noted, please email us at DarkerHorseDesigns@gmail.com including your order number, which toy has an issue, and some details about the issue noted. Due to the handcrafted nature, toys may bear minor imperfections that do not constitute flops or discounts and it is fully at the discretion of DHT whether a flaw constitutes a flop.

Shipping

• We discreetly ship all of our products in plain shipping boxes
• An email with tracking information will be automatically sent to the email you used at checkout at the time your package ships.
• The return address will be listed as "DH" for Darker Horse, and the credit statement will read "DH Retail". 
• For international orders, we list silicone toys as "Silicone Sculptures" and use the HS code 4016.99
